Found this chair in the Lobby of the Danbury Store and it was love and comfort at first seating!!! The Staff could not have been more helpful when I changed my mind about the color when the lovely light blue one was already in our car! I LOVE my new Teal desk chair . . . and since I have been having neck and shoulder problems for the last 6 months . . . it is exactly what I needed!!!

Randomly lowers after 1 year

The chair is very hard but acceptable with a chair pad. Unfortunately in less than a year it now randomly lowers to base height. I have a normal BMI. Some days it will lower several times and then not for a day or more. Annoying. I doubt it will last another year.
