Excellent chair

Just very difficult to get the castor wheels on. I called customer service and they were excellent. They were sending me a new bottom and 5 new castors. Fortunately I was able to get a neighbor to help me get them on and they were able to cancel that shipment to me. Chair is very comfortable and doesn't take up a lot of room as my previous chair did.

No matter where i used to sit my back would hurt after a while. Sitting in this chair even for hours at a time my back does not hurt. Plus it adjusts to the height i prefer. Love it!

I love the Simplicity of the Chair yet it feels like a steal the fact that when sitting in the chair it doesn't feel cheap. It gives me great lower back support being firm yet soft at the same time. The best feeling is after purchasing an item and you feel completely satisfied after where the next thing you know you are writing a review so others can enjoy same benifits.
