The seat is more comfortable if you place cushion on it. The seat padding is insufficient. The upright seat tilt adjustment does not respond to any adjustments no matter how many times you rotate it. Next time I need desk chair I will look at other models.

The Union and Scale(TM) ergonomic chair is very comfortable and very reasonably priced. It has an easy height adjustment as well as a back adjustment for leaning back in the chair. The instructions for putting it together were clear. The chair is solidly designed yet lightweight. I chose the teal color a nice change from the black colored chair it replaced. The back isn't very high so this is not the chair if you want one with a tall back (which seems to be popular now). I am happy with it so far and recommend it!
