Very pleased with this chair. The quality is as expected. The person that will be using it is very pleased. Staples website is maddening to use so I went to the store and put it together in a few minutes. My local Staples is really good. Clearly I am not smart enough to use their complicated (to me) website. I would buy this car again--from the store.

The best instructions ever to put the chair together. Took me only 10 minutes and I'm a 75-year old female. It's light and comfortable. The only criticism I had was that I couldn't get the casters on until I figured out you had to press down and push them in and not screw them on. Very happy with it.
