It's a basic office chair for short term use. It's not an overly comfortable chair Sitting in this chair all day is tiring. It leans slightly forward to qualify as back support but I find that uncomfortable. The arm height is fixed. You can only control up and down for the seat. For the money I guess you can't expect more. I'll use it at a low volume station while continuing to look for a good value in an office chair with a better design that will be comfortable all day long.

Chair is easy to assemble with provided tool and color coded hardware. Upright seat tilt lock does not seem to work at all. Chair offers overall comfortable seating within reasonable duration ( 30-45 minutes at a time).
