Good chair fits well under my standing desk good back support. It's for sure a $100 chair but it gets the job done alright. The pad can feel a tad thin on long days (8 hours+) but I'm also 5'11" and 260+ lbs so that's probably skewing the data.

The chair is easy to assemble and adjust. It is generally comfortable except that the lumbar support is a little too high for me. (That is fixable by shims between seat cushion and seat back attachment.)
