We bought two and assembled them ourselves. We found we needed two people at the end to balance the unwieldy parts but as two older women it was relatively easy. They provide the allen wrench the only tool you need. We bought extra lumbar pillows to balance out the fit for ourselves. We got the chairs on sale from the website and are happy with them.
