The chair is comfortable and functional. Let's see how long it lasts. However I would like to give a shout out Staples for EXCELLENT customer service. When the chair was first shipped someone else signed for it so it was stolen by someoneone in my building unfortunately. The sent me a new one with no questions asked and I had it delivered to the store where everyone was extemely helpful. I really appreciate the custome support!
