About 8 months ago I purchased 4 quill rutherford chairs great looking chairs but very poor quality. 2 of them broke within the first 3 months. I went to store and was told I have to contact quill manufacturer. Very disappointed in staples service to resolve my issue. Back stop on two chairs does not function. The new chair s are better.
