I am a short guy and most chairs do not allow me to set well back in them.This one does.Mesh back seems to be hard to find and I wanted something that would not warm me up. This chair met my needs and exceeded my expectations. Does not happen very often.

I went in the store to purchase an office chair for my niece for school at home. When I walked in the store the gentleman was very nice he was fast didn’t have me wait for long time he advised that they didn’t have the chair in the store and advised that I can order it and they will have it delivered on Tuesday that was a Saturday and Tuesday I received the chair it was very fast I was very happy with the customer service and as promised the chair came that actual day I will definitely go back to that store.

Chair is very comfortable however the immobile armrests were a problem and I have to use the chair without the arm rests to sit at the right height and be able to sit a comfortable distance from my desk. Also the assembly was easy but the bolts are not staying tight at all even with limited use so far and I have to keep tightening them. Again a comfortable chair for the price point .. but some minor design flaws.
