Very comfortable. Feels quite sturdy sitting in it. Rolls easily decent balance. Adjustment handle works easily but has more control raising than lowering. Nice black finish. Looks as good in person as it does in picture. Definitely worth the price I would purchase again.

I was looking for a chair that provided back support and was comfy. I read the reviews for this chair and looked at some YouTube videos and was convinced this would be the chair for me. I received the chair and it probably took me about 15 minutes to put it together. The parts were labeled and in separate packaging which made putting this chair together a breeze! I sat down in the chair and felt like I was in heaven. The back support is perfect and unlike other chairs it didn't cause additional strain. The seat cushion is thick and firm so I know that I'll get a few years out of this chair. Great choice if you're looking for a chair that provides great support at an affordable price.

This chair was fairly easy to put together however I did require some help from my husband to attach the back to the seat. Once together I adjusted it for height and tension and it is very comfortable. I like the way it supports the lumbar portion of my back and the ease with which it rolls on tile. It was a good buy.
