The seat tilts to the side a bit and I can't figure out how to make it level - hoping sitting on one side will even it out or at least make a level dent in the cushion. Otherwise great - rolls easier than my last chair more comfortable great back support (although a bit wonky what with the tilted seat) love the arm rests - don't continue down the front so I can roll up to my desk more closely.
