I was shocked at well-organized the instructions are. Everything was packaged and color coded for each step of assembly which only took about 15 minutes. I would prefer the padding I the seat to be a little thicker. It can be uncomfortable after 8 hours. I would recommend this chair for a home office.

The chair is very comfortable. the arms are removable if I decide to I don't need them. Great chair at the sale price. I'm 5'11" and it's comfortable at the highest setting.
