Just as expected ! My Staples store manager is great -she is always helpful and professional-sorry I cannot remember her name. When I arrived to pick up chair ( totally impossible for me to assemble anything --it was ready and behind the counter). My concern was -young girl was called to bring it to curbside -of course being past 30 I would have preferred a male to do this job but chair is light and I could help with idea of placement in front seat with adjustment ! Live and Learn . Thank You!!!
