This chair made a huge difference for me working from home. Very comfortable and supportive. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the arm rests are rock hard so it's not comfortable to rest my elbows on. Not a huge deal that's my only complaint. Overall a great chair would recommend.

Bought this for my wife just recently as she's working from home due to the "virus". She is in it for about 8 hours a day and says that it's quite comfortable. The functionality of making adjustments is easy to manage. There's really nothing bad to say about it and for the price I'd say that's saying something. The chair is not "big" like an executive's chair nor "puffed" out like you intend to sleep in it. It's just right.
