All items to be assembled should be as the directions in the box for the chair. For that alone I would give it 5 stars. Now for how the chair feels. Only have it for about five days so for now its quite comfortable but lets give it another couple of weeks and see how it feels. Would recommend this product and hopefully all the products from this company come with easy to assemble directions.
