A lot of chairs only have height adjustment. This chair also has a "back lock" where you can lock the back in place at a certain angle. This is absolutely necessary for my comfort. I've been using the chair for a couple of weeks and everything is still working fine. Also no additional tools required for assembly which is a plus. I'm really short so I didn't put the arms on. I can't say for sure but it looks like they are not adjustable. For me that doesn't matter though. Seat is solid and I feel totally comfortable on it with no arms.

This chair is comfortable but the arm rest is too hard on your elbows. I replaced the arm rest with a previous model that I had and now the chair is pretty good. Thank You.

The chair is pretty good but definitely not made for taller people. I'm 6'4 and it feels a bit too small for me. You can't adjust the height of the arm rests at all and the seat isn't quite deep enough for my legs. All and all the chair is good for the price and does help with posture. Just be mindful if you're tall!
