we took the first one back because of noise in the air chamber. tried a second one and the wheels on that one wouldn't roll. took that one back and purchased somewhere else

This chair makes me feel like I'm falling forward. The only way I don't feel like I'm falling forward is if I adjust the chair all the way down where my knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. If I raise the chair to is comfortable working height to fit my desk I feel like I'm sliding out of it. So now I use something to hold my feet up so that I can sit a little bit more comfortably. I'll probably soon get rid of this chair.
