The best assembly instructions I've ever seen. All hardware was color coded presorted and numbered in order of steps. Couldn't have been any easier not to mention the amazing comfort of the chair itself. Would definitely buy again!! Thank you for going above and beyond Union & Scale!

The chair sits high and does not lower enough to sit comfortably at the table we have. My wife couldn't use her laptop with the new chair without getting back pain until I put some 2x4 blocks under the table legs. We haven't had that problem with other chairs. Another inch and a half of travel downward in the height adjuster would make it useable.

I picked up this chair already assembled by Staples and they just put it in my car and off I went so easy! It is really comfortable and small enough to fit almost anywhere

This is a good comfortable basic chair. It was easy to put together and I have been using it every day with no issues for three weeks now. Recommended.

Great product. Only suggestion I have is to label the armrests R and L. Took me a while to double and triple check so I was that I installed them on the correct sides.
