I needed to replace a larger office chair that was worn out from years of use. I first got a replacement chair that was the same size as my previous one but found I needed more back support. Staples took the chair back with no problems and I bought this one instead. What a great chair. The seat cushion is cloth which is much more comfortable than the "bonded leather" that is used in most chairs. And the mesh back gives very good lumbar support with no need for any more back cushions. Excellent chair and highly recommended.
