Trying in store was great. Good back support seat raises or lowers for leg comfort. Assembly was simple. Working from home I have tile floors and need a rug under the chair. Plastic mat would be useless. All things considered keeping the chair and now looking for what to put underneath.

So far very happy with purchase. Most of the office chairs were way too large. I got this one because of the smaller size.

Purchased this chair to replace a more cumbersome older desk chair. I am of small build and wanted a chair that required minimal space without sacrificing comfort features. I chose the model without arm rests since the arm height was not adjustable which was the only "negative" for me.

Great desk chair for our home office. Wouldn't mind another one for my office at work! Comfy and easy to use. Also easy to put together.

I am enjoying my new chair. It is very comfortable and much better than the chair that I have been using while working from home during COVID. I would recommend this product.
