I enjoy the comfort and airy style of the chair. Had to get another for my staff.

Very comfortable. However I would like casters for carpet. I purchased a set at Staples but they did not fit the chair. When I look on line it’s hard to tell what would fit my chair. I would appreciate some help with the carpet casters.

The chair looks great and is very comfortable. It's just we what we wanted at a really good price. The quality seems to be very good also. One of the castors was missing a little retaining clip so if I lifted the chair up off the floor the castor would fall out. I called the service number. I was talking to a person almost immediately and within I'd say three minutes we had a replacement part on the way - totally painless. I suppose I should have taken one star off since there was a problem with the castor but customer service was so good (which is rare these days) I decided it was a five star experience.

Chair is made well the height control should allow to lower it further for better ergonomics.

Don't pay $60 to have it assembled for you. I did it my self in less than 30 minutes.
