This chair is just what I needed. Minimal Not fancy. Just a comfortable office chair now that I work from home that is big enough to be comfortable but small enough that it doesn’t take up the room. My office is very small and I didn’t want it to be in the way or make it feel smaller. I shopped around and landed on this and I am happy. Have used it for a couple weeks and no complaints. Some notes: setup wasn’t hard. The armrests are though which is fine for me because I like that it tucks all the way under the desk because it doesn’t have poofy arms. But... sometimes my elbows wish I had a pad. I suppose I could make pads but I probably won’t. The seat SEEMS hard at first but when you sit on it it’s really pretty comfortable. Not “nap comfortable” but productive comfortable. The chair is totally stable and solid. I think people that mentioned it wasn’t maybe put it together wrong. We ordered a second one for my husband and he’s pretty happy about it too.

Having lower back problems makes it challenging to find a comfortable chair for most sitting. On my previous office chair I had to use a lumbar pillow several towels & cushions stacked on the seat to make the chair work even for a few minutes; and the upholstery began to disintegrate after about 2 years. Recently I went to Staples looking for other items and just happened to see this chair and sat in it. Right away I was impressed and made the purchase (on sale too). OMG! For me it’s perfect and I can sit for 1-2 hours no added cushions or support and not experience any back pain. It has lumbar support and the cushion is not as concave as on most chairs which contributes to their being unsuitable for me. I am happy and grateful to have found this chair!
