Love the chair but it quit tilting within a week.

At first I found this chair very comfortable easy to assemble and priced right. However after a week of use the ability to tilt back in the seat quit working. I'm a pretty average size don't lean back crazily or anything it just seemed to quit tilting and unfortunately it has done it at a weird angle making the seat a bit uncomfortable. I've tried turn the adjustment dial a number of times but nothing helps I'm stuck leaning slightly forward. Luckily I purchased the $14.99 Staples warranty (which I never do - but the sales guy was really convincing for some reason) So- buyer beware. I'll update this review later with how it's resolved.
