Comfortable simple and appears to be good quality for around $70. The assembly is easy and the parts are clearly identified. Hex-head wrench is provided. The product warranty is 7 years on all defective parts (non-moving metal parts). The parts include the 'fabric frame pneumatic cylinder and all other parts'. Keep your receipt and call product support at 800-270-9557 to claim. I used to install deliver and service commercial office furniture and personally used the best office chairs over the years (Herman Miller Knoll HON Steelcase OFS). For a light-duty and low cost home office chair this is a great choice. However I do not think this chair is good for gamers heavy-weight people extended periods of use young children or abuse.

For the lowest priced chair at Staples I found it to be the most comfortable I’ve ever purchased. No frills at all…just the perfect fit (for me) right off the bat! Will most likely purchase another one soon to replace the larger more expensive office chair I purchased recently.

When there were no remaining options within my price range on the floor the sales rep suggested that I explore online options. Together at the stores computer display we searched for chairs within my range and style preferences. Once I found one within my budget we ordered and paid for it and scheduled the delivery.
