Possibly the best instruction and parts packaging I've ever seen. Easy to understand and each step has a separate clearly labeled parts pouch- no guessing which bolt is for which step step. Assembly was quick and painless. Chair is comfortable enough that I bought a second unit for another person in my household. Would buy again.
