Trying in store was great. Good back support seat raises or lowers for leg comfort. Assembly was simple. Working from home I have tile floors and need a rug under the chair. Plastic mat would be useless. All things considered keeping the chair and now looking for what to put underneath.

Bought this chair for a WFH office set-up. For the price I really hoped to get adjustable armrests. But no dice. The limited adjustability is to be expected. The chair is fairly comfortable and the wheels roll nicely on high pile carpet. IF UNion & Scale spent more time and money on their chair design as they did on the box it came shipped in it would be a better quality chair. Honestly why do you need a full-color gloss finish on the INSIDE of the box. You know how much time I spent looking inside the box. JUST long enough to pull all the parts out and toss the plastic and cardboard fillers back in it to then send it to the curb.
