Nice looking chair and very easy to assemble. Excellent instructions & warranty. Excellent (fast & free) shipping. I would have rated it a 5 but it is a little firm for me...a little uncomfortable after sitting a while. But that's a personal preference/issue.

Easy to assemble in just a few steps. Provides good back support comfortable chair. Chair height is adjustable bit arm rests are NOT independently adjustable which is ok for me as they are at the perfect height for me. Casters roll smoothly and quietly on my hardwood floor. Exceptional value at $89.

good lord this chair started out fine and felt great but it's only been a few months since I bought the blue version of it (about 3 and a half now) and the thing squeaks and creaks so loud you'd think it was auditioning to make sound effects for a horror movie. I have to take the entire thing apart and lubricate it all to stop the squeaking for about a week or two before it all begins again and like all staples chairs the cushioning on the seat is already starting to give out and is getting all grimy and gross from regular use....do yourself a favor and avoid this chair unless on a budget and if you do get it...invest in the extended coverage!!
