My husband liked this chair when he sat in the floor model at the store. We bought it. When we were putting it together at home we realized that it could not be assembled because the hole for the screw to go down into was installed crooked. There was no way to insert the screw. Poor quality control from this chair manufacturer.

Looks aren't everything. Be prepared to adjust the height every five minutes.

I bought this item because of its clean lines and simple features. Problem is the height won't stay all the way up. The pneumatic cylinder leaks while I'm sitting in it and I have to readjust every five minutes. Waste of time and money.
