Chair itself is comfortable but wish it sat more upright. Even with lean back feature locked leans back a bit. I would like to be sitting more upright.

The chair is quite comfortable which is why we purchased it. However it is cheaply constructed. It is not possible to remove the arms to fit the chair under the desktop (as we've done with all of our previous office chairs) because the arms actually hold the back of the seat onto the chair. Putting it together was a chore because the holes did not all line up properly so it took a great deal of effort and time to finish the assembly. We ended up having to increase the length of the lever on the installation tool in order to get enough force to set the screw in place and hold the back on. I would not buy this chair again and am glad we bought the warranty (which we usually do not do) because I'm pretty certain something will happen to it that will need repair or replacement.
