It's a cozy comfortable office chair but had troublesome screws.

I'm no novice to putting furnitures together but in 3 different locations the screws just won't go completely in. they get jammed midway and hardly hold the armrest or back upright. I had to find ways to make the whole thing come together with these loose screws without having to return the whole box back. Something that could've taken a solid 20 mins took an hour. It's a very comfortable chair I'm using it on a daily basis and I love its classy cozy look. Drawback is in putting it together and in having a moderately loose arm rest.

Assembly was relatively straightforward and fairly easy until it was time to add the arms. That was very difficult due to the hole for the screws being deeply recessed into the arm and not possible to use one's fingers to start the threads. Also the hole was too narrow to use a socket wrench. Using the provided Allen wrench to start the threads was tricky. Once assembled it is a good chair. Would have preferred the type of arms that can be adjusted for width but otherwise I recommend this chair.

I sat in this chair in the store and found it comfortable but made sure to read the reviews. I actually found it cheaper online and the store honored the price. The only complaints i could see were wear and tear and assembly. So i paid the for assembly and warranty. So far very comfortable almost a little to as i was falling asleep in meeting lol. Great chair for a good price.
