chair very comfortable but putting it together not as easy as the instructions said. you really have to tighten the bolts but worth it

I bought this chair for from Staples in-store for $99.99 2 days ago. I don't know why the price is so much cheaper in store compared to online. As I bought this chair Anyway I am liking the chair so far. Very comfortable and looks great too. My only concern is the durability of the chair as I will be using it 6-8 hrs everyday in this work from home season. As I bought this chair in store that's why it may not show my review as verified user.

I like the new chair. It has a different feel than my previous Staples LEWSTON MANAGER CHAIR.......which had rollers that peeled and left black specs on the floor and armrests that cracked.

The chair is fantastic! It was easy to assemble at home and works well. I also purchased a display chair (last on in stock at that time). Personnel at the store were very helpful and the price was good as well. The only problem is that I was REQUIRED to pay for a mandatory "Insurance" on the chair since it wasn't new and out of the box. I would strongly preferred to have the option to opt OUT of the insurance even if it meant I was unable to bring it back later but I was not given any choice on that. Other than that the experience was very good!

Purchased this chair 6 months ago was great for some time very comfortable and like how would lean back for tv watching.. but the seat cracked and was leaning badly. Contacted customer service and they were to send new seat and bracket.. seemed to have problem getting it shipped so then sent whole new chair. How can you beat that!! And customer service personnel were very pleasant and cooperative .. kudos !!

Great quality for the price and very comfortable. Material does not feel cheap. The packaging and parts were labeled perfectly. Only giving 4 stars as assembly was frustrating. Not all threads were lined up correctly for screws so one person assembly was quite difficult. But would buy it again.
