I am 5’0” and my feet don’t hit the floor when it is lowered as low as it can go. When I tried it in the store I did not have that problem so maybe as it is used the cushion seat will wear down. I am satisfied with the quality of the chair for the price.

Gave this as a Christmas gift to my teenage son saw and tried it in the store very nice and very comfortable. When he opened the box the chair had huge silver marker Chinese handwriting all over the seat part. What a huge disappointment. Had to repack all the parts and return it to the store!
