I have had this chair just short of one week and really enjoy it. It is super comfortable to sit in with the lumbar support just right for me as well as the arm rests and seat height. I use this for work at my computer and it is great. Note: I took us 1.5 hrs to assemble it so one might want to consider buying the assembled one. Not really hard to do but it takes time getting everything to fit right.

I am very disappointed with the quality of this chair. After only three months of use the chair completely tore apart. I expected much better durability for the price. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product.

I originally bought this chair in November of 2021 and loved it. I give THAT chair 5 stars. It broke a month after my 3 year warranty ran out and I went out and bought another one and because I loved my previous one so much I opted for a 5 yr warranty this time. I got home and put it together and the material seems slightly different and the cushion is much more firm. I don't recall a "break-in" period on my previous chair but it's way more soft to sit in. Something has been changed and I don't like whatever it is.
