i ordered this chair as a gift. This chair was delivered about a week ago but didnt come with the back. I had to spend about an hour on the phone and online getting this resolved to get a back sent out to my friend. I was so extremely embarrassed and disappointed that not only did i have to spend so long getting the issue resolved but that i wasnt offered any sort of compensation to go with it. Will i refer a friend. NO.

I like the chair but did not like obtaining it

I ordered the chair and paid the fee to have it assembled by Staples. When I went to pick it up it had not been assembled. I waited for it to be assembled and it was placed in my car. When I arrived home and took it out of the car it fell apart. I then had to drive back to the store and then waited again for it to be assembled properly.

I ordered this chair late afternoon and it was delivered less than 24 hrs later. The box was intact and looked good. The chair was flawless and was put together in no time. Its about 10 or 12 screws and it comes with the wrench to tighten them. No home tools required for assembly. Directions were easy to follow. The chair is beautiful and comfortable. I just hope it lasts a long time. Only time will tell.
