The assembly went well until we attempted to attach the supporting arms to the seat and back. the holes in the arms did not align with those in the back and one side of the seat. Through much effort we were able to get the bolts fully engaged on one side but not the other to either the seat or the back. We were able to partially engage one bolt and fully engage one bolt in the connections for both the back and seat on the other side. Needless to say the assembly process became extremely frustrating and we still do not have full engagement or the bolts on one arm rest bracket. It is our opinion that the quality control for this product is not good. Any suggestions for obtaining full engagement of the two partially engaged bolts would be appreciated. Will there be a problem with the assembled product without this full engagement?

I was looking for a semi-comfy chair to start an at home business. I checked 3 other places before going to STAPLES where they had exactly what I was looking for at even a lower price than I was expecting. Honestly very satisfied with the chair and the price as well as the service the employee offered as well as the upsale to a 3 year warranty. Couldn’t beat it. The chair is doing exactly what I asked for.

This chair was on sale in-store and there was one assembled there for me for me to test drive and they were in stock. It's very comfy has good back support and was easy to assemble.
