I like a firmer chair with good back support and this chair provides that. I'm still getting used to it as my old chair was smaller and didn't have armrests. But so far so good! It's a nice-looking chair. The mesh provides ventilation which is nice. I also like all the ways it can be adjusted (height tilt lumbar arm rests etc.) to fit individual needs. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because I wish the seat depth could also be adjusted to accommodate shorter folks like me.

I have had back problems for a long time... and my old chair at work only made matters worse. My boss told me to go to Staples and pick out what I wanted.. I love this chair. Comfy love the high back and the adjustable height- plus the sale price made it very affordable. I highly recommend this very attractive chair.
