I like the chair but did not like obtaining it

I ordered the chair and paid the fee to have it assembled by Staples. When I went to pick it up it had not been assembled. I waited for it to be assembled and it was placed in my car. When I arrived home and took it out of the car it fell apart. I then had to drive back to the store and then waited again for it to be assembled properly.

It could use more padding at the front of the seating area. After sitting a while the depression of the cushion seems to touch the front "steel" framing.
