Comfortable enough not durable enough.

I got this chair late last year and should have returned it a week later. From the get-go it was creaky and somewhat unstable but it was more comfortable than my last chair so I dealt with it. Now the connecting bolt has snapped in one of the arms so I can't lean back at all without nearly falling out of the chair. Don't waste your money

It is a comfortable chair especially with its lumbar support and head rest. However when I assembled the chair there are some screws that are very hard to get it. I bought four chairs and for two of the chairs I cannot get one screw in for each of the chair so I gave up. The good new is that the chair still functions well with out this particular screw. I think the problem is in the female hole not the screws because i tried to use different screws from the package and none worked. In addition to these two that I could not put in there are a few others that are extremely tight. I am a middle aged man in decent shape. I could not put the screws in using the allen wrench provided in the package I had to use a extension screw driver to lengthen the level to do it. one of the chair is tilted but staples made it very easy to change for a new one.
