One of the screw holes wasn't bored correctly and the screw only goes in about halfway so it is not secure. Of course my store is out of stock right now and I bought it because I needed it immediately. Hopefully it doesn't completely break before the quarantine is over

After 8 months of a chronic backache it was time to get that new office chair. I hate using the word "cheap" but that applies ONLY to the price. The chair fits a variety of body types a big plus since space is limited. Customer service from multiple employees made for an unexpectedly pleasant shopping experience...completely opposite from most of the competition. Seeing extensive in-store options was another exceptional surprise! I opted to put the chair together in the home office. With the easy-to-understand pictorial instructions it took just about as long to complete as it did to open the box and bring in the pieces (the box was too heavy for me to carry up a flight of stairs). Overall a 5-star product from a 5-star store.
