I sat in all the chairs at the Staples store and this chair was the only one that felt comfortable for me. The cushions are soft but supportive and the lower back cushion provides a great amount of lumbar support. I have lower back issues so that feature is important to me. I’m only 5’1” and I fit well in it. It was easy to assemble myself as well.

The chair is made from pleather that is reallly cheap looking. It will not last. Aside from the quality the chair was not comfortable for a 5'3 person as it did not have durable back/lunbar support. I
