Back No Longer Stays Upright

I bought this a few months ago and initially it was great. Comfortable and no issues. But as the months passed the chair no longer stays upright when I seat back. The cushions on the arm rest are flat (felt like memory foam initially). The screws connecting the arm rest have loosen and came off (this was not an assembly part). Even the seat cushions are getting flat. I'm not light but no where near the capacity limit of 275 pounds. I'm going to see if their stated 7 year warranty is real or not since it stated that it's "limited". Wish me luck.
