Bought this chair and took it out of the box to assemble. We had bought this chair before and were happy with the last one.This chair has basically no padding on the arm rests at all. Either they changed the specs or we got a crappy one.I would avoid if you use the arm rests for any amount of time on your chair.

Chair is comfortable so we decided to keep even though the nuts to receive the screws inside the back (during assembly) are not accurately placed so the back tilts down toward the left about half an inch. Sloppy workmanship in that but otherwise okay.

I almost returned these chairs. The sharp end of a staple protrudes from the back of one chair. The stitching on the other chair does not seem secure. They are comfortable but next time I will buy more expensive and better-made chairs

Chair is really comfy but it appears to functions ok short term but whatever the mechanism that holds the chair height is flawed so the chair sinks to the lowest it goes. Return only eligible for 14 days and I’m just outside a month before I noticed (it’s not used often) so can’t even get a replacement. Ugh!
