Chair is very comfortable but the seat is not as deep as our previous Staples chairs. I would say new seat is about 2.5" shorter/shallower (18.5" vs 21"). Maybe as padding settles seat depth will increase a bit? Will see. Not much padding on the armrests. Otherwise the chair is great!

I'd let someone know what kind of chair I bought and that I like it. I wouldn't write a dissertation on why they should also buy it but it's a good chair. I have a small workspace at the office so it's the perfect size as far as that goes.

Overpriced moderate quality. Fairly comfortable and reclines nicely. Doesn't roll well even on short carpeting. Chair creaks and the cylinder bearing was not greased. Rotating in chair popped loud. Easily can be fixed. I repacked bearing with heavy duty grease. Completely quiet now.
