I got this chair during a sale and for the discounted price it's pretty good! It's not an ergonomic chair so don't expect life-changing support but it's a very comfortable chair. I like that it has a full release so the chair can lean all the way back and a lock so it can't lean at all. The instructions weren't the clearest and the craftsmanship on the screws especially was a little disappointing making the chair a bit loud and clunky but it's really not that big of a deal.

Haven't put it together yet. Waited an extra day or so because I wasn't called. The person I spoke to said the email they sent came back undeliverable. But after my call I got the email. I didn't repeat my email address to them. I believe they never sent it the first time. But service was very good.
