Super comfy except the chair leans to the right even after several attempts to correct it. The floor models chairs al leaned to right too so it seems to be a manufacturing defect.

Please note that this is being written by a "tool phobic". Amazing. The chair comes with a very well coordinated set of assembly instructions and collection of "things" needed for that assembly. Everything is numbered and each step of assembly follows those numbers. 30 minutes of "follow thr numbers" and you have a well built functional and comfortable office chair. My top positive besides those instructions is the high back support. The built-in headrest accommodates even my long frame...a feature not normally found in a chair at this price. Well done! My only downside has to be the "OVERNIGHT" shipping. Delivery took almost a week but in these crazy social times exceptions must be accepted. Looking for a workable comfortable office chair? Not a fan of "do it yourself" assembly? Go to Staples. This chair is the one. WPN.

Chair is very comfortable. Be aware that the user of this chair is somewhat petite whereas this chair might not be the best match for a big or tall person. Seat is a little firm so you may want to add a small cushion. Good value overall.

The chair is very comfy easy to relax lean back and get some reading done. Arm support is comfy soft material. Chair lowers to a perfect low height and no outrageous low riding.
