Chair is comfortable so we decided to keep even though the nuts to receive the screws inside the back (during assembly) are not accurately placed so the back tilts down toward the left about half an inch. Sloppy workmanship in that but otherwise okay.

Seemed nice at first. Right after the return window closed it started squeaking. Then the screws were stripped and wouldn’t tighten. It’s gotten looser and looser. It sounds like it’s about to fall apart any minute. You can’t lean back anymore because it will fall all the way back. Huge waste of money. I’m really disappointed

With remote learning this Fall and 4 boys at home....I invested in this chair for each of them. It has been a game changer with comfort. I think they still would prefer their beds but I kiboshed that one!
