The chair is very comfortable if you add a seat cushion. I wish it had a lumbar support. Assembly went well but needed a second person to make the final attachments. Can't beat it for the price. Staples has a great warranty - don't waste money on the protection plan.

Won't stay upright

Bought this chair 2 months ago. It's comfortable but leans back too far feel like I am falling over backwards. I have the spring under the seat as tight as I can get it doesn't help. My old chair was much better. Also makes all kind of noises like it's ready to fall apart. DON'T BUY.

Sometimes when you sit on it it drops immediately down to lowest height. The hydraulic lift thing isn't perfect. Overall chair is fairly comfortable.
