After two months the piston failed dropping the chair to the bottom. The arm rests flattened. Worse the seat cushion is also now bottoming out. The chair was wonderfully comfortable for a couple of weeks before showing its true colors. This is a show room beauty and no work horse.

The creakiest chair I've ever sat in

I bought this to use at my desk at home and it is comfortable enough. It wasn't too hard to put together either. But is is SOOO creaky every time I move at all while in it. It is not minor or quiet creaking. I feel it in my bones and it is heard through walls.

Seemed nice at first. Right after the return window closed it started squeaking. Then the screws were stripped and wouldn’t tighten. It’s gotten looser and looser. It sounds like it’s about to fall apart any minute. You can’t lean back anymore because it will fall all the way back. Huge waste of money. I’m really disappointed
