After driving 40 minutes away to get the chair I get home start putting it together and there is about a two inch tear in the side of the chair. I should’ve known better when the box was beat up and holes in it.

The first one I brought home was made incorrectly - one of the screw holes was completely stripped. This required me to take apart the partially made chair and return it. The new one I came home with assembled correctly but some of the stitching is already pulling out making the chair look cheap. Beyond that the chair has no lumbar support based on its shape (I’m 6’3 and 230 pounds for reference). Spending an hour or more in it is uncomfortable at best.

Bought this chair 2 months ago. It's comfortable but leans back too far feel like I am falling over backwards. I have the spring under the seat as tight as I can get it doesn't help. My old chair was much better. Also makes all kind of noises like it's ready to fall apart. DON'T BUY.
