Purchased the chair in store. When I opened the box everything was neatly organized. Instructions were clear and concise and the screws and caps were contained in plastic so nothing would get lost. Additionally there was an allen wrench included to tighten the screws. Fiancé and I put it together in less than 10 minutes. Chair rolled very smoothly over the floor. Super comfortable to sit in.. I feel like my posture is a lot better when sitting in it. I definitely recommend this product.

We looked at and sat in about 30 chairs at the Staples store. This one was the most comfortable and reasonably priced of the bunch. We got it on sale and also used a coupon so it was a bonus value. We are very happy with the chair. It's really good if you like to rest your back and neck on the chair. If you want a working chair where you are sitting forward most of the time you may want to get an ergonomic chair.
