My son needed a chair that didn't have a lumbar support and found this in store. We had it delivered to our home and it was pretty fool-proof assembly too. Very comfortable chair!

Low quality and warranty only provide parts...

Shortly after having bought the chair it started to make annoying noise even with the slightest movement. Contact the company and they sent it another base then I had to disassemble the chair etc; and since it is tight fit it is a pain to disassemble (much easier and faster to assemble it). Now the chair simply does not go up or down at all. I am not a heavy person by any means and don't even use the chair everyday. This is really ridiculous. The quality and quality control is abysmal and they only provide parts.

So at first it feels cushioned and then once you are working every day on it seems to flatten and you can suffer from backache. So might be ok for some but if you have a bad back

The black version of this chair final came available (on sale)... I'd been waiting for about 2 months ever since I sat on it in the store. It was easy and quick to put it together. And the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is to see how it holds up over time. But we're off to a great start.
