The chair was delivered curbside employee loaded into SUV. Good No-Contact delivery. Chair went together easily all hardware was included all holes lined up. I substituted rubber casters to use on hardwood floor - no problem. Chair is good looking and comfortable. Would recommend to friend.

Assembly was relatively straightforward and fairly easy until it was time to add the arms. That was very difficult due to the hole for the screws being deeply recessed into the arm and not possible to use one's fingers to start the threads. Also the hole was too narrow to use a socket wrench. Using the provided Allen wrench to start the threads was tricky. Once assembled it is a good chair. Would have preferred the type of arms that can be adjusted for width but otherwise I recommend this chair.

Very comfortable chair - so much so my wife got her hands on it and now I’m stuck with the old chair. Why not 5 stars? Assembly was pretty easy but a few of the holes didn’t line up exactly which made it far more difficult than it should have been. Otherwise pretty good in the first month - long-term durability is yet to be determined.
