i ordered this chair as a gift. This chair was delivered about a week ago but didnt come with the back. I had to spend about an hour on the phone and online getting this resolved to get a back sent out to my friend. I was so extremely embarrassed and disappointed that not only did i have to spend so long getting the issue resolved but that i wasnt offered any sort of compensation to go with it. Will i refer a friend. NO.

I tried this chair out in the store and liked it a lot. The price was very attractive and it was easy to assemble. The only thing I didn't like were the caps that cover the screws. They didn't go in right and it takes away from the chair's nice appearance. Why offer a great chair but cheap on on such an inexpensive item? But this issue wasn't enough to reduce my rating. I'm enjoying this comfortable chair and it's a great value.

Chair arm is starting to split and the side panels will not stay on. Chair is very comfortable but the material is just not holding up.

This chair is low quality. Basically not rated to recline in any way. If you do it will not return to upright over time. My brother inlaw warned me not to get it but I figure it was comfortable. Ended up breaking. I couldn't find a way to lock the chair upright either. Buy at own risk.
